Our Papa says this about the matter: "Should we temper our elation that God has given the greatest gift of all time? Should we not sing and feast and decorate and celebrate? Should we not lift our voices with laughter and praise and hug our families or even the stranger? Should we not share everything God's given us- including the reason for our happiness? Should we not open wide our doors, our purse-strings, and our hearts?
Yes, a resounding yes! For we are free! The old is dead and buried and done with.. Christmas has brought 'good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.'"
Let's not be troubled by those who choose this season to fuss about Christianity. Instead, choose to celebrate with joy! Paul said, in Romans 1:16, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for those who believe." Amen!
The Light of the World has come into the world to save it - Let's Celebrate!
Glory to God in the Highest!
